The bathroom in my room smelled like cigarette smoking. As I came from my meeting, I saw a letter from the hotel saying that someone smoked in the bathroom and that unfortunately I was to be charged with 50 Euros for the smell cleaning, without asking me if I was the one who smoke there (I don't smoke), which I found very unfair. Also, the smell didn't go away, I think the hotel may have a problem with one of the bathroom ventilation systems and smell is coming from somewhere else where people smoke. The hotel apologized to me because of the letter but I still felt unfairly treated. I also think the minibar prices are somehow exaggerated. Service at the reception was excellent and the food choices for vegetarians and vegans is wonderful. The food is fantastic.
